Our Beginning

The Asia Pacific Research Association on Curriculum Studies, Inc. (APRACSI) started as an initiative of a group of enthusiastic Curriculum Studies students, with help of their area adviser, in the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City early in 2017.

APCCSID Conference

The Asia Pacific Conference on Curriculum Studies and Instructional Designing (APCCSID) was the first focus of this group of people during that formative period but seeing the need to establish a professional organization to anchor the conference, the APRACSI was soon formed.

International Board

The present organization consists of international board from different countries especially in the Asia Pacific region. It is composed of professional individuals in the field of curriculum studies from different schools across levels and from other institutions.

Objectives

The APRACSI aims to: provide venue for academic exchanges in curriculum studies and instructional designing, set performance standards for the professionals of curriculum studies and instructional designing, provide directions for researches in the field of curriculum studies and instructional designing, publish selected and outstanding research articles and reports in its journal, provide professional development programs for the professional growth of its members and interested parties, and provide consultancy services to different educational and human resource organizations.
